A goal of many of our customers is to reduce to a few system suppliers. This in turn frees up time and financial resources which can be utilized for other important tasks.

Disproportionately high procuring costs for "C parts" are caused by high administrative effort for approval procedures, process execution and inspection. The costs are usually not in any relation to the obtained use.

The variety and the increasing complexity of "C parts" cause high procurement costs which often exceed the purchasing costs. Orders for a few Euros cause nearly as high processing costs as with "A parts" orders which cost several thousand euros. Procuring "C parts" requires a high number of orders for different products with numerous suppliers which usually requires that the orders are manually monitored and processed. Manual order processing is complex, expensive and faulty.

The reduction of the number of suppliers, and above all the general organizational changes in the ordering process, have the goal of making the supply process for the company faster and more economical with reduced effort, as well as designing secure automated processes.
