lengthening machines that are equipped with a high-performance printer and by a CAD controlled cutting plotter.

Our supply of high-quality products is the result of our long-standing experience and
our excellent know-how. Fabricating hose lines requires technical knowledge,
experience, accuracy and can only be accomplished by a PED (Pressure Equipment
Directive) certified hose repair shop. We assemble hose lines according to
Module H and up to category III. In our modern assembly and test center we
can assemble and test different types of hose lines. With quick resource
access, fully developed service and assembly skills as well as the well
established hose line revision service, we can offer you the support you
need to operate your equipment safely.

Mount hose fittings
Depending on the customers needs, we have various possibilities at our disposal.

Compressive strength tests up to 100 bar
If required, we can utilize water pressure to conduct compressive strength tests on
the assembled hoses. These tests are conducted to reach the highest possible safety level.

Measure the charge dissipation capability of hose lines
If necessary, we can check the assembled hose lines charge dissipation capability to
ensure it is suitable to use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

Label hose lines
If needed by the customer, we can label the hose line with a hose line identity number and/or
color code to identify the year it was tested.

Document initial test and create and issue test certificates
Our certification according to Module H and DG-Directive 97/23/EG allows us to assemble hose line up to category III.

Repair defective hose lines
Defective hose lines are checked for the level of damage and repaired if possible.

Scraper cleaning and repair
Our hydraulic pressroom will clean and repair your used scrapers quickly and professionally.

Since 1995, we have been conducting onsite hose line tests in the entire federal territory.
We have two vehicles available to conduct these tests (on appointment only). The documentation
"Repeat inspection in accordance with technical leaflet T002/BGI572 of BG Chemie" is naturally
included. For identification purposes, all hose lines receive a hose number which is permanently
attached to the hose and a certificate is issued. The lifetime as well as the reason for failure
is stored in an electronic data management system for statistical evaluation. Monitoring the test
dates for recertification is part of our service.
This system allows us to replace or if possible, repair a defective hose line in a short period of time.

Retest hose lines
We retest hoselines in accordance with technical leaflet T002/BGI 572 of
BG Chemie or to the respective current level of technological development under
consideration of the valid norms, laws and regulations.

Upon order placement, our specialists will perform an appraisal and a damage assessment onsite.

Over the years, Rala has developed into a valuable know-how service provider for the industry.
This positive experience was proof enough to the Wieslocher Company "Heidelberger Druckmaschinen
AG" to send more production parts to Ludwigshafen (Rhine). With additional specialized personnel
and a newly built workshop, we deliver for this new service "OEM-Service" over 3000 additional
single components and ready to install fittings and parts. The workshop receives from the
assembly between 80 and 150 orders per day. These orders must be produced and especially marked within 5 days.
Approx. 2-6 % of the orders, are rush jobs that must be immediately (within a few hours)
manufactured and delivered. The OEM service is developing into a recognized, flexible and
innovative service branch for the industry.

| In our modern equipped sealing center, we stock and
process gasket sheets from all leading manufacturers as well as seals in all
common elastomer, fiber, ptfe and graphite qualities. The combination of a
well-assorted stock, understanding and technology, permanent flow of information
as well as short reaction times offers you optimal support. In our production,
our qualified specialists ensure daily that high-quality products are produced
within a short period of time. Seals are manufactured in small, middle and large
series according to different DIN norms and corresponding to the customers
drawing or sample. With well over 4000 cutting dies as well as a modern CAD
controlled cutting plotter, we are able meet the customer's needs. We are
certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001, TÜV certified according to TRD 401 and
TRD 402. We produce according to DIN EN 1514. |

Custom seal production with our cutting plotter and according to the customer's specifications
Our cutting plotter can cut your custom seals problem-free, fast and precisely according to
the digital specifications. You can send us your documents by e-mail. The following file
formats are ideal: DWG, DXF, EPS, PDF as well as JPEG and TIFF. We can also produce a CAD
drawing from your sample. Oversized seals can be shipped in loose segments by a dovetail
or buttonhole connection or, in special packaging (large graphite seals are shipped in a
wooden crate).

Cutting seals according to DIN-EN 1514, DIN 7715, TRD 401
Single items, large series or customer specific orders are produced by our specialists
professionally and in a timely manner. On request, seals are packaged neutral and separately.

Segmenting - Bonding oversized seals
Oversized seals must be produced in multiple segments. In the second step, the segment
ends are ground then bonded together with a powerful adhesive to make a large seal (the same height standard).

Cut-outs from different materials
Not only seals but also cut-outs from different materials are packaged and dispatched by our staff daily.

Equip seals, cut-outs and strips with self-adhesive foil
More and more seals, cut-outs and strips are being equipped with self-adhesive foil as mounting an aid.

Fabricate seals on a wage labor basis
We fabricate seals out of the materials provided on a wage labor basis. Cleaning the grooved gaskets
with "graphite" also belongs to our daily job. This type of work is calculated on a hourly basis.

We process quality products from all major manufacturers, e.g., Simona, Röchling Corporation,
Gehr and others. Aside the large assorted stock of common semi-processed materials,
we also offer high-performance plastic parts cut on modern machines. Our finished
functional components have established themselves with our customers over the years.

In this category we work with the market leaders Optibelt, Conti-Tech and Gates. We stock all
common sized drive belts. Our large winding stock of toothed drive belts and in connection with
our semiautomatic toothed belt cutting machine, guarantees the customer a quick delivery in the
desired width. We can cut toothed belts to a width of 5 to 500 mm and a length of 100 to 5800 mm.
