Supplier Development

Our procurement department actively seeks and maintains long-term relationships with their suppliers. This allows them to achieve optimal efficiency and quality from the supply chain to the customer and to develop common strategies for the future. The relationship to our suppliers is on an open and fair basis. Prices and terms are treated confidential.

Supporting Sales and Marketing

We welcome and encourage cooperative campaigns with our suppliers for our customers onsite. Some examples are collaborative visits, events for and with the customer as well as supporting our sales organization at trade shows et al. marketing activities.

Transparency

Close cooperation with our sales department, realistic and understandable criteria's are the basis of our procurement decisions. Supplier selection, realization of goals and supplier evaluation is accomplished according to uniform criteria's and methods. This is supported by a transparent supplier rating system.

Operating Efficiency

Company development is dependent on profit. Profit orientation means to us that our business activities are dependent on income related costs. We offer our suppliers long-term cooperation and contract fulfilment. In return we expect extraordinary commitment, adherence to delivery dates, high quality products and the best terms.

Supply Management

Our comprehensive stock is checked for price and stock level on a permanent basis to ensure an optimal stock keeping. We permanently improve the structures and the workflow of our procurement process. We also cooperate with our suppliers to develop individual stock and delivery concepts.
