"Diverse, efficient and long-lasting". There are rubber hoses with and without a spiral,
with spiral free sleeves or, with textile or braided reinforcement. These hoses are
adapted to the respective requirements. The fields of application are: industrial hoses,
fuel hoses, pneumatic hoses, spray-paint hoses, sand-blasting hoses, cement and sugar silo
hoses, sewer flushing hoses, water hoses, laboratory hoses, insulation hoses, autogeneous
hoses. Hoses for the food industry, beverage and cosmetics branches and pharmaceutics are
subject to extreme hygiene requirements and many other requirements. At the time of elastomer
development, construction and production, competence, know-how and uncompromising accuracy
guarantees success. The names Contitech, Paguag, Blaudieck, Trelleborg and the known brand
hoses (like e.g. Purpurschlange®, Lactopal®, Mercator®, Trix or Citerdial) are regarded as
synonymous for the highest quality product and greatest reliability for many years now.

A flexible, light-weight and economical solution with a wide-range of applications.
The PVC hoses are available with or without reinforcement or, with or without plastic
or steel spiral. These hoses have a good chemical resistance and are also available
for liquid food products. PU suction and transport hoses are available in various
qualities: antistatic, electro conductive, flame resistant or approved for the food
industry. Also available as ventilation and exhaust hoses for the air conditioning
technology, hot air hoses for machine and plant manufacturers. Rala clip hoses, e.g.
in Teflon, Hypalon, or PE, or very flexible, compressible hoses. These hoses can also
be used, depending on the quality, for exhausting aggressive gases and vapors.

We can deliver PTFE hoses with without braided reinforcement or smooth
or corrugated qualities. PTFE with braided reinforcement is the only solution
in many single cases.
This type of hose, consists out of a PTFE inner layer and is available in a smooth
or corrugated quality. On request it can be supplied with an additional steel or
polypropylene braided reinforcement or e.g. silicone protection or a Polyolefin
shrink hose or an additional supporting spiral. These hoses are widely used in the
food, milk and beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical as well as in the chemical industry.
The PTFE hose offers a universal resistance to various compounds and it is easily cleaned.
PTFE hoses can be delivered with an additional outer spiral, in various wall thickness and
PTFE qualities (e.g. electro conductive) and heatable. Please note that these hoses
(with the exception of hoses with a spiral free sleeve) can only be offered as a complete hose
line. Self-assembly is not possible.

When selecting a hose material for chemicals and steam, it is very important to ensure that
the hose is resistant to the compounds flowing through it. It is therefore essential that
the hoses inner layer is resistant to the compounds flowing through it. Another important
factor to consider is when the temperature increases so does the aggressiveness of a compound.
The pressure resistance of the hose and the fitting should also (recommended fittings e.g.
DIN EN 14420 and DIN 2817) be taken into account. Different materials are used for the hoses
outer layer. This is dependent on the requirements it must fulfil. It is also important to
consider the surrounding influences such as weather, uv, ozone and abrasion. Here are a few
known brands that we stock: Polypal Plus, Polypal Clean, Tecnopal, Elaflon plus FEP, Ralaflex.

Steam hoses have to withstand exceptionally dangerous applications.
It is important to ensure that the steams temperature and pressure does
not exceed the values listed in the steam pressure table. Overheated steam
reduces the hoses lifespan considerably. We differentiate between low-pressure
(6 bar steam pressure, 164° C) and high-pressure steam hoses (18 bar steam pressure, 210° C)
like the Dampf-Trix 1000 or the Dampf-Trix 2010. For safety reasons, we recommend steam
approved segment fittings for hose assembling. The elastomers flow characteristic must be
considered at higher temperatures. It is therefore recommended that the bolts are retightened
after the first use. Press fittings are not suitable for steam hoses! When obtaining a hose line,
ensure that the hose line is completely assembled and tested.

Corrugated hoses made out of metal
(e.g. steel, stainless steel) are high quality, very flexible and
compact elements for the pipeline technology. They fulfil the requirements
of this technology (pressure, temperature and vacuum resistance, flexibility
and durability) to an extremely high degree. Stainless steel corrugated hoses
are almost an all-purpose hose. They can be used with liquid and gaseous
compounds as well as pumpable solids and granulates. Stainless steel corrugated
hoses are also available as heatable hoses. The hoses have (depending on the
operating pressure) zero, one or two stainless steel braidings which provide
pressure stability.
As a rule,
wrapped metal hoses
are round or multiple edged with a locked profile. These type of hoses are used et al
as an air, gas or dust vacuum hose as well as a transport hose for granular, fine grit
or powdery goods. Depending on temperature range, different seals can be inserted into
the profile.
Corrugated pipes
are flexible pipes and hoses made out of multi-layered aluminum. The amount of layers is
dependent on there use (ventilation technology e.g. as an air supply duct or for warm
or cold air producing units).

We are also your point of contact for hydraulics. A well thought out system consisting of
hoses, fittings and tools that are carefully matched to one another. They are used in: forklifts,
complex hydraulic systems, aerospace industry, hydraulic lifts, dredges, agricultural machines as
well as for machine and plant manufacturers. Typical compounds that flow through it are et al
hydraulic oil on the basis of mineral oil, diesel oil, grease, motor oil, propane, water,
air and many other compounds. Pressures above 100 bar in the pressurized oil circulation
system from tool machines or above 350 bar in hydraulic presses are not unusual. There are
enormous impulse pressures, different rising pressure velocities and hard pulsating directional

Hoses that are scattered around should be a thing of the past. When you need a
hose it is often twisted and tangled and cannot be used immediately. To solve
this problem hose reels, wall mounted hose reels and hose trolleys were developed.
Further problem solvers that you can find in our product range are: hose bridges made
out of e.g. full rubber or wood and a hose saddle system designed to properly suspend
your hose (HOSEBUN). A comprehensive assortment of irrigating and draining pumps with
the appropriate fittings completes our assortment.

A hose line failure caused by e.g. wrongly mounted fittings not only can be a high-risk to
people and environment but also can lead to subsequent costs or even production downtimes.

Mobile hose service
Our specially trained employees can conduct onsite hose line tests utilizing their
technologically up-to-date vehicle. This eliminates the need to transport the hose
to the testing center and allows the hose to be utilized immediately after the test
has been accomplished. Searching for product alternatives, solving problems as well
as individual consultation onsite is very important to us.

Syndur® 2000:
This bowling pin (skittle pin) is the grandfather of all bowling pins (skittle pins).
In 1965, Rala made the first successful attempt to manufacture a bowling pin (skittle pin)
completely out of synthetic materials. At that time, bowling pins (skittle pins) were typically
made out of wood. Even then, we were able show are excellent development qualities in the area
of synthetic materials. Today bowling pins (skittle pins) are made completely out of synthetic materials.
Syndur® Top:
This bowling pin (skittle pin) has been in the development and testing phase since 1998 to further
develop and optimize the bowling pin (skittle pin) shape. The form was developed in a long-standing
test phase as a perfect symbiosis from a visual point of view. Other developments were: effective
knock-down behavior and to prevent splits in the youth league. The bowling pin (skittle pin) is
manufactured from a homogeneous material. It has an additional floor plate made out of impact and
wear resistant material. Wear parts such as springs, screws etc. are no longer needed.
Syndur® Top Premium:
In the year 2007, and on request of numerous bowlers (skittle players), we further developed the Syndur®
bowling pin (skittle pin) and developed and marketed it as an alternative. The Syndur® Top Premium bowling
pin (skittle pin) was born. We added a ball to improve the centering of the pin on the lanes. All bowling
pins (skittle pins) are approved by the WNBA.
