Cost effective, flexible and at the same time stable processes require a comprehensive analysis of the procurement process. Not only is optimizing product searches and procurement important to us but also, know-how and competent advice.

This minimizes the time and effort needed in the bookkeeping and in the shipping and receiving department. We can fall back on the experiences gained from a variety of successful customer projects.

Electronic Procurement

We support our customer's procurement processes with electronic catalogs e.g. in BMEcat format and custom configured online shops. Currently there are 60,000 products available, from our assortment, online. For maximum comfort and efficiency, the online shop can be interfaced with the customers procurement system by utilizing the standardized OCI-Interface (Open Catalog Interface). To further accelerate the process cycle, you can use our bar-code scanner module which transmits the ordering data directly into the shopping cart of your personalized shop.

You can find Rala data on all well-known platforms. Procurement processes can be carried out with e.g. hubwoo, OnVentis, simple system, Quadrem, Healy Hudson or Wallmedien if you wish to work with an external service provider.

If the customer so desires, we fully rely on electronic document exchange via EDI. To accomplish this, we have a modern converter system which transmits the business documents over the internet (HTTPs or SMTP) or X.400. Your order (e.g. as XML or EDIFACT-File) is displayed on the order dispatchers monitor within a few minutes after it has been placed. You will receive an electronic delivery notice and an electronic invoice by the same method. This relieves the shipping and bookkeeping department. Even credit notices can be processed electronically.

Logistic Services

We will manage the stocking of specific products and ensure high product availability in all products categories for you. Modern wireless data transmission and our own developed warehouse management software makes our logistic very efficient.

Evening logistics ensures supply delivery to your company. If required, even directly to your cost center (on desk delivery) or to your onsite user. Order information is either transmitted in advance via EDI or, an encrypted two-dimensional barcode is placed on the package.

We realize modern procurement and delivery concepts (Kanban concept). We also realize shelf-service, just-in-time deliveries or express and courier service for urgent requirements.
