Quality Assurance

The since 1995 practiced quality assurance system was adapted to the new norm DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and last certified on 31.08.2006. Rala sees a necessary step with this measure - to quickly and flexibly adapt to the ever changing requirements to ensure a high degree of quality, safety and satisfaction for the customers.

Quality certification yesterday, today and tomorrow

What began for Rala 14 years ago and met high approval, is today standard and a natural thing.

In the beginnings of the DIN ISO 9000, basic things such as defining processes, documenting tasks and establishing auditing methods were conducted by many companies.

Trainings were planned, carried out, documented and monitored in many companies for the first time. These regulatory demands were easy to meet because our company was already practicing them.

In our company philosophy it is written that we strive for quality and customer satisfaction.
This made it easier for us to adapt our quality assurance manuals to the Norm DIN EN ISO 9001.

The norm DIN ISO 9000 ff. was not more than 9 years in affect.

The follow-up norm ISO 9001-2000 shows a harmonization of the different management systems such as environment, quality and safety systems. This system requires an increasing focus on process orientation.

Increased responsibly and involvement at the management level, more customer orientation and the measurability of goals and results are just a few of the many changes.
